WFL requires additional seasonal staff to help with wheat harvest and main crop potato harvest
Worth Farms Limited (WFL) is a subsidiary division of A H Worth & Company Limited (AHW). The Worth family have farmed on Holbeach Marsh for over 100 years. AHW owns and operates a potato packing business on the Manor Farm site. AHW companies have an annual turnover of in excess of £150m.
WFL has a land base of c1,800 Ha, growing main crop potatoes, vining peas, sugar beet and winter wheat, land is also rented to local farmers for production of vegetables or salads. WFL has 10 full time employees.
Opportunities are available
Concordia, are specialists in organising seasonal work for students who are interested in working in the agriculture industry. Worth Farms employs up to 25 students from mid June to early November. Seasonal staff are employed during our busy wheat and potato harvests. Worth Farms offers accommodation and a commitment to build a good working relationship with a friendly and reliable team. Many students have enjoyed working on our farm and have returned back to work with us the following year.
